The project “ENTREPRENEURS OF TOMORROW“, aimed at spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, is carried out by the National Microcredit Agency and Porta Futuro Bari as part of the ONE Stop Shop Program**

The initiative involves a group of high school students from the metropolitan area of Bari who, together with their referring teachers, will be split into teams to create mock start-ups that will take part in a pitch competition involving the local community.

The training program will be delivered through blended learning using the SchoolUP platform (www.schoolup.it), a software developed by Cervellotik Education.

The project is linked to the extracurricular activities of the three-year High School program known as PCTO (Paths for Cross-Curricular Skills and Orientation, aims to).

The project aims to:

• spread entrepreneurial education and culture, bringing young people closer to the world of work, through the innovation ecosystem;
• counter educational poverty and school dropout;
• reduce dropout rates by teaching resilience and, consequently, promoting the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills;
• strengthen digital education and soft skills.

The program developed by Cervellotik Education follows both the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM) and “EntreComp – The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework” – the European Framework of Entrepreneurship Competences.

The project includes various stages, highlighted by the roadmap that follows:

• Launching Phase: through promotional activities involving various channels, including a public launch event held on November 3rd at Porta Futuro Bari, teachers and students have signed up to participate;
• Delivery Phase: through a webinar, teachers were trained on the use of the platform and on the delivery of the program (through the SchoolUP platform, in-person meetings with referring teachers to carry out real tasks, and in-depth sessions with experts from Porta Futuro Bari), Students will improve their theoretical knowledge in order to turn an idea on paper into a start-up. Some topics that they will explore through the course are: identifying a problem, lateral thinking, business model canvas, target audience, go-to-market strategy, team and professions, and other topics related to entrepreneurial skills.
